Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality upon arrival, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
